Repeat customerMaster Cooling did a wonderful job on my AC unit and replaced the air ducts. They didn’t stop until the job was done and inspected meticulously. What a great team they have. Thanks Ricardo, I would highly recommend you guys.
AC + duct replacementExcellent service! I called Master Cooling Connection because my AC suddenly stopped cooling, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, found a burned electrical connection at the capacitor, replaced the capacitor, repaired the damaged wiring, and thoroughly tested the system afterward. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly, checked the temperature coming from the vents, and got the AC cooling perfectly again. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate the fast response, especially on a Saturday.
Same-day AC repairWe had a free estimate and the next day job got done that same day! Very professional and kind, they’re also very helpful whenever financing! Definitely recommend

We had our AC unit including coil, condenser and furnace replaced, and the whole experience was excellent. The team was professional and on time. The installation went smoothly, and the price was very fair compared to other quotes we received. They explained everything clearly and left the area clean. Highly recommend Master Cooling Connection.
We were in need of a whole new HVAC system as the old one was 35 yrs old, and we have a daughter with extreme allergy issues that had to be addressed with clean air and ducts. We interviewed some 6 companies from the well-renowned to the smaller operations. Ricardo at Master Cooling Connection stood out with his honesty, fair pricing, and genuine care for our situation. The installation was thorough and professional. Our daughter has noticed a real difference in air quality.
Excellent service from start to finish! Master Cooling Connection went above and beyond to solve my issue quickly and professionally. The team was on time, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail so I understood the process. They diagnosed the problem fast, offered a fair price, and had the repair done the same day. I’ll definitely be calling them again.
